Returns

We hope you love your purchases as much as we have loved putting them together for you, but we understand sometimes the size might not be right or the item is not what you hoped for.

We are more than happy to offer an exchange within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Sale items - Being a small business, we do not offer returns and exchanges on sale items (this includes discounted products and orders made with a discount code) unless the item is damaged or faulty. All enquiries regarding exchanges must be emailed to us at hello@sofiawithlove.com.au

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note:

• Items must be returned in original condition including all original packaging.

• Original shipping charges if any, are nonrefundable

• All return shipping charges must be paid by the customer
