Please Note: Our delivery partners may experience delays occasionally that are out of our control. Please choose Express Post if you wish to receive your order sooner. Thank you for your patience during this time.
PROCESSING TIME:
We aim to have your orders ready for dispatch within 1-3 business days. Please note, during sale periods or public holidays this may take longer and we will aim to have your order ready for dispatch within 5 business days. Any orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on ALL orders within Australia for orders over $150
I HAVN'T RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER?
If you didn't receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail first. If you received your tracking email but your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all after 1-2 days it has been dispatched, feel free to email us at hello@sofiawithlove.com.au and we will look into it for you.
Once your order has been shipped, Sofia With Love cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, lost or damaged packages. This can be a result of a delay caused by the courier we have no control over or by any event which is out of our control. Sofia With Love is not liable for parcels that show as delivered with Australia Post or Sendle and go missing.
AUSTRALIA WIDE
PRE-ORDERS will be delivered once items have been stocked. We deliver using Australia Post or Sendle. We can ship to any address and PO Boxes. All orders are sent through Standard Post and you should expect your items to arrive within 3-5 working days. Please note delivery to more remote regional areas may take longer. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped.
SHIPPING COSTS AUSTRALIA:
Standard - Flat rate of $10 Australia Wide
Express - Flat rate of $15 Australia Wide
INTERNATIONAL (REST OF WORLD)
All purchases will be packed within one-two working days of your order. We deliver using Australia Post and can ship to any address worldwide. All orders are sent through International Post and you should expect your items to arrive within 3-12 working days depending on your location. Please note delivery to areas located further from Australia may take longer. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped.
SHIPPING COSTS INTERNATIONAL:
We charge one standard flat fee for all international orders - no matter what country you order from. We charge $22 AUD to ship your order to your location.
Please Note: International parcels are currently experiencing significant delays with transit times. This will depend on country to country. Parcels are being affected by the shortage of planes available to ship parcels. Please send us an email if you have any concerns with your order and we will help as best as we can. At the moment regular international shipping is taking approximately 3-4 weeks, however this may take longer depending on the country.
